Appraiser Registration

In order to be an approved appraiser for Advanced AMC, you must meet the following requirements:

• Advanced AMC has on file a current contractor agreement executed by appraiser
• Appraiser has a valid appraisal license/certification in the state of the subject property.
• Appraiser is located within reasonable proximity to the subject property such that the appraiser would be able to appraise the property with geographic competency.
• Appraiser is not on an exclusionary list maintained by the lender/client.
• Appraiser is required to report any delays in completing assignment promptly; if appraiser does not complete assignment by the agreed date, appraiser is contacted immediately.
• Appraiser maintains current E&O meeting minimum standards per contractor agreement and appraiser’s insurance declarations page evidencing the policy is current in software platform.
• Appraiser maintains the proper license/certification level for the assignment.
• If subject property is not a single family residential property (1-4 units) or mobile home, appraiser is verified to have appropriate expertise for the assignment via prior assignments with Advanced AMC, review of resume or consultation with appraiser.
